CUTEST SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF READING CLINICAL RESEARCH

Cutest Systems are pleased to announce that it has acquired Reading Clinical Research (RCR Aspect Ltd) as part of ongoing business growth and expansion. RCR Aspect is a CRO specialising in human volunteer studies for beauty care, medical devices and pharmaceutical products and this acquisition will strengthen the portfolio of services that Cutest Systems can offer across these sectors. Over the next few months, the RCR Aspect business will be fully integrated into Cutest Systems.

Established over 30 years ago, it is the longest continually active CRO in the UK serving the beauty and healthcare industries. The company has an international reputation as a leading expert in the field, with customers worldwide. In October 2015, the company was restructured, with new investment and a new board to support ambitious growth plans.
  • RCR Aspect was set up by clinical trials specialist Laura Marshall in 2013 to service the personal care, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, testing the safety, efficacy and acceptability of their products in human volunteers. Sadly Laura passed away in 2014.
