Starting August 1st a new Chemical Service Company within the WeylChem Group of Companies has been formed. With its competencies in Analytics, Contract Research and Piloting as well as Specialized Custom Synthesis and Process development WeylChem InnoTec, a carve-out of Allessa GmbH, will serve customers in the chemical and related industries.

The company will be headquartered in Frankfurt Fechenheim and the Business Unit Custom Synthesis in the Industrial Park Höchst. Bernhard Müller and Ottmar Wink have been appointed Managing Directors of the new company, with a headcount of approximately 120 employees.
