ASDA – SKIN SYSTEM TEA TREE LIGHT MATTIFYING MOISTURISER
Asda The Skin System Tea Tree Light Mattifying Moisturiser, for oily and blemish prone skin, is designed to soften and soothe the skin with a formula containing salicylic acid, witch hazel and tea tree, said to help visibly reduce the appearance of blemishes, while cimicifuga help to reduce shine.
According to the manufacturer, the light formula gives a boost of hydration without feeling heavy on the skin.
A closer look at this formula reveals it is an oil-in-water system.
Rather traditional emollients have been used.
Mineral Oil (EU INCI Name: Paraffinum Liquidum) needs no introduction and is still a favourite emollient when developing products that need addressing skin barrier function.
