With increasingly severe sanctions in place for breaches ofcompetition law and active enforcement by the EuropeanCommission and national competition authorities, companiesneed to be mindful of possible pitfalls presented by the REACHlegislation. This article considers possible anti-competitiveconduct in the context of REACH and provides some practicalguidance for companies on avoiding such risks whilst stillmeeting their compliance obligations under REACH.
