The NEW Generation 4 of the Multiwavelength-LUMiSizer features an optional temperature ramp during the accelerated separation, similar to real-time storage tests with changing temperatures. The Dispersion Analyser LUMiSizer, as well as the Stability Analyser LUMiFuge, made by LUM GmbH, allow for the direct and accelerated stability testing according to Cosmetics — Guidelines on the stability testing of cosmetic products (ISO/TR 18811:2018) and Guidelines for the characterization of dispersion stability (ISO/TR 13097:2013). Both multisample instruments operate in the temperature range +4 to +60 C and accelerate the physical separation up to 2300 times. Thus, the analysis time is reduced down to minutes & hours for the comparative and predictive shelf-life analysis of formulations in their original concentration. In addition, LUMiReader X-Ray instrument determines the dispersibility of inorganic pigments and their concentration gradients, adding more value to the analytical evaluation of the formulation.
