The food of the future through the eyes of children

AgroFOOD Industry Hi Tech

What will people be eating in 25 years’ time? Will we still be enjoying the same tastes and dishes as we do now, or will our habits and preferences have changed completely? To help us find answers to these crucial questions we asked to the consumers of the future. We went to the European School in Parma to hear from pupils there what food means to them and to ask them to imagine what they will be eating 25 years from now.
