Abstract

In connection with the steady deterioration in the environmental situation worldwide, there has In connection with steady deterioration in the environmental situation worldwide the interest in practical use of plant products in particular additives to drilling mud liquids with improved corrosion and tribological properties has increased. Principle of obtaining protective additive of corrosion-lubricating action for drilling fluids is proposed in this work.
The best composition structure is 3% additive of tar modified cotton + 0.1% bactericide corrosion inhibitor. Based on research results it is proved that anticorrosive additive is environmentally safe and biodegradable.


INTRODUCTION

Questions of corrosion-mechanical wear, as well as questions of methods application on chemical modification, metal plating, tribopolymerization in drilling technology require further in-depth study, on the basis of which it is possible to create new formulations of lubricants and anticorrosive materials and their wider application (1). Along with increasing durability and wear resistance of friction units of drilling equipment and rock cutting tools, drilling fluids should function effectively in complex mining and geological conditions characterized by polymineral and hydrogen sulfide aggression, high bottomhole temperature and pressure, also inhibitory, hydrophobizing, anticorrosive and other useful properties.

Managing the properties of drilling fluids is produced by special reagents, which include substances that reduce corrosion and mechanical wear of equipment.
