Dr. Kishore Hotha is a scientific leader at Veranova, serving as the Global Vice President of Analytical Research and development (AR&D) laboratory operations. With more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical Biotech and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) sectors, he has been instrumental in crafting scientific and business strategies for a multitude of Investigational New Drug (IND) applications, New Drug Applications (NDAs), and Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs) from concept to commercialization.

 

Dr. Kishore Hotha has extensive expertise in the development of drug substances and products, with a particular focus on small molecules, High Potency Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (HPAPI), drug linkers, Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs), and the formulation of complex drug dosage forms from research to commercialization. His contributions to scientific knowledge are substantial, having authored over 50 research publications in esteemed scientific journals. Additionally, he lends his expertise to the scientific community as a member of the scientific reviewer to help shape the discourse in cutting-edge pharmaceutical research.

 

Earning his Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) in India, Dr. Kishore Hotha has since occupied several key leadership positions, including significant tenures at Lupin and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he directed various research and development initiatives.
