Today the overweight is a worldwide problem called “Globesity”. At a glance, in the USA obesity has increased from a range of 14 percent in 1990 to more than 25 percent in 2007 (1). In 2010 35 percent of European children aged between 5 and 17 is overweight while 5 percent is obese (2). Overweight and obesity are defined as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that may impair health (3). The main causes are the lifestyle, nourishment, age, genetics and many others. As many of the above mentioned factors are hard to modify and control, the only two variables we can easily handle are lifestyle especially physical activity and nourishment.
