Some of the key science facts behind the soluble fibre


Resistant to digestion by small intestine enzymes, NUTRIOSE® is of special nutritional interest as asoluble dietary fibre. From vegetal sources, traditional dextrinisation is used to obtain NUTRIOSE® FB from wheat starch, and NUTRIOSE® FM from non GMO corn starch.
