The Societies of Cosmetic Chemists – Italy (SICC), U.S.A./Canada (SCC) and with the endorsement of the Japanese Society (SCCJ) will convene on the beautiful Italian waterfront, Sestri Levante, to showcase the cutting-edge research from international scientists for the 2nd IPCE Conference held jointly with the 43rd SICC National Congress.

Sestri Levante, just a narrow strip of land connects the colorful resort town to the old Island, creating two splendid, separate bays: the Bay of Fairytales, with its stretch of sandy beach, and the Bay of Silence, where the typical fishing boats, or gozzi, rest on the beach next to salt-covered fishing nets drying in the sun.
